Als erster Händler in Europa nimmt Amazon UK ab sofort Vorbestellungen für das Evo 3D entgegen. Dies berichtet die US-Website Android Central. Da der Start in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz ebenfalls noch diesen Monat erfolgen soll, kann man davon ausgehen, dass Amazon.de in Kürze nachziehen wird. Amazon UK gibt als Veröffentlichungsdatum für das erste HTC Evo 3D im Vereinigten Königreich erst den September an. Der Grund dürfte in einer Vereinbarung zwischen Vodafone und HTC liegen, die dem Mobilfunkunternehmen eine zeitlich begrenzte Exklusivität in UK einräumt. Der von Amazon UK angegebene Preis von £569.99 ist durchaus kräftig und dürfte auf dem Festland ein gutes Stück geringer ausfallen.
